• We accept all major credit cards & PayPal on our secure website. 

• No cancellations or changing of orders once order is submitted.

Shipping

• Products are shipped from multiple manufacturers that use numerous carriers.

• Production and shipping times averages 2 weeks.

• ​Tracking notices are unable to be provided.

Lost Packages​

• If a package goes missing, please fill out a missing package form with the carrier. 

• ​Email Man-of-Fests and we will attempt to assist locate and/or replace the item.

Returns​

• Man-of-Fests uses print on demand companies and holds no physical inventory.

• All items are print to order and cannot be returned.

• If there is a problem with the item, please e-mail Man-of-Fests with a description of the issue. 

• All requests for a refund will be handled individually and cannot be guaranteed.

• We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Discounts

• Discount codes can not be combined.

• Discount codes are only valid on full priced items.
